I've always believed in keeping dogs healthy, happy and well behaved through exercise therapy and positive reinforcement. I don't believe in negative training techniques as tools. In my experience, harsh techniques, such as shock collars, prong collars and physical punishment, cause dogs to behave out of fear alone. Wouldn't you rather have a dog that obeys out of trust and love rather than one that behaves because he is afraid of you? Learning to correct behavior problems as they happen in a positive, loving manner creates that loving, trusting bond.  Put this technique together with a structured, consistent exercise & training program and a dog that trusts and obeys out of love is what you will have.  I'm here to help you and your dog achieve this together!

My personal belief is that lack of movement and exercise is what has lead to the majority of behavioral issues our dogs suffer from today. It's not natural or fair. They count on us for everything and in too many cases we have let them down.

On top of using exercise to work through behavior issues, it is also a great way to keep your dog in shape. Our country has an obesity epidemic when it comes to our pets. Be it medical problems, lack of exercise or literally "killing them with kindness" (with over feeding and giving excessive treats), our dogs need to lose weight. Obesity in dogs can lead to diabetes, damage to joints, bones & ligaments, heart disease & increased blood pressure, difficulty in breathing, decreased stamina, heat intolerance, liver disease, digestive disorders, decreased immune systems, skin and coat problems, increased risk of cancer and most importantly, decreased quality and length of life. Lets help your dog with his behavior issues and greatly enhance his quality of life at the same time.
